Images you add to events

• When you add an image to an event, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that using it on Social Dancing Denmark doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
• You give Social Dancing Denmark a non-exclusive, free licence to store, resize, convert and display that image on the site and in links shared from it (for example previews), for as long as the event is listed. The image stays yours.
• We store our own resized copy of every image, even if you add it from a web link.
• Please don’t add photos where people are clearly identifiable unless you have their permission. Posters and graphics are best.
• We may remove an image — or an event — at any time, in particular if a rights holder or a person pictured complains, without notice to you. Removing an image doesn’t delete your event.

Report an image / copyright complaint

If an image on the site is yours, or shows you, and you want it taken down, email contact@socialdance.dk with the link to the event page and a short description of the problem. We’ll look at it promptly and remove the image if the complaint is justified.
